Code of Conduct

XEN is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and secure environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals engaging with XEN programs, courses, services, and communities. By enrolling in or participating in any XEN offering, you agree to adhere to the following standards:

1. Respect & Professionalism

  • Treat all members, clients, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Dishonest, misleading, or defamatory behavior is strictly prohibited.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Information shared in coaching sessions, group programs, or private communities is confidential and may not be disclosed without consent.

  • Recording, copying, or distributing discussions, sessions, or community interactions without prior authorization is prohibited.

  • Personal information of clients, students, and staff must remain private at all times.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All XEN contentā€”including but not limited to courses, videos, written materials, meditations, tools, and digital resourcesā€”is the exclusive intellectual property of XEN.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of XEN materials is strictly forbidden.

  • Violations may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

4. Community Standards

  • Engagement in XEN spaces must remain constructive and aligned with the purpose of the program.

  • Spamming, solicitation, or promotion of external products, services, or communities is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

  • Respectful dialogue is expected; disruptive, hostile, or intentionally negative behavior will not be permitted.

5. Enforcement

  • XEN reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, or permanently remove individuals who violate this Code of Conduct.

  • Removal may occur without refund in cases of serious or repeated violations.

  • Decisions regarding enforcement are at the sole discretion of XEN.

6. Updates to Policy

  • This Code of Conduct may be updated at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued participation in XEN programs constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of this policy.
